Many people wished that we could have soaked longer in that special presence as Alyosha played. Monday afternoon they share with our staff through, piano playing and speaking to them on the Father’s Love and what it means to operate out of an orphan heart or from the heart of a son. There were dramatic healings of heart.
![]() 2. Cleft Lip and Palatte Surgeries Sophie has kept running back and forth to the hospitals as she managed the surgeries. They have all been very successful. One of our surgery supporters, a Chinese businessman, visited during one batch of the surgeries. It was very touching for him. He has such a heart to help the poor. He was moved to tears as he saw the children and their families and how poor they were but how grateful they were. We are still looking for a pediatrician to take Dr. Wang’s place. However one general practice doctor, who just recently retired from her former hospital, has agreed to take this position as interim Chief Physician. If and when we find a pediatrician, she is willing to stay on as on of the medical doctors since we do need to have three on staff. This doctor, Dr. Zhang, is the sister-in-law of the Vice President of the Children’s Hospital whom we really love. It has much good potential. The provincial leader has spoken with the Mayor about the Rehabilitation project and he said we should see the property next week and discuss this cooperation. Sincerely, Paula and Staff
