1. Emergency Fund for Babies

We need between $1,000-$5,000 dollars as an emergency fund for babies who unexpectedly need to be admitted to PICU. (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit). When we have no such fund, our babies are at risk. It is dangerous to delay taking them to the larger better equipped hospital for intensive care.

2. Staff

This week we interviewed and hired another doctor. She is not sure if she wants to work in the hospital or in an administrative capacity in our office. We will also be interviewing a new administrative type lady this next week. We ask for wisdom to place the right gal in the right position. Keep in mind that eventually Shelley believes she will still be going to Israel. We will need a replacement for her. It may be one of these gals. It would be perfect if the doctor feels called to work in our hospital, because we are one short at this point.
